This is the very first fix that you must apply.- Simply Turn OFF the phone and remove the battery out of it.
- Some device has non-removable battery, in such case Switch OFF the phone and leave it for 4-5 minutes.

FIX 2: Factory Reset To Fix Android Bootloop Error
