FIX 1: Soft Reset To Fix Android Bootloop Issue

This is the very first fix that you must apply.
  • Simply Turn OFF the phone and remove the battery out of it.
  • Some device has non-removable battery, in such case Switch OFF the phone and leave it for 4-5 minutes.
  • Next Switch ON your device.
Performing soft reset on your device can help you to solve bootloop problem.

FIX 2: Factory Reset To Fix Android Bootloop Error

If above fix fails, then you must factory reset your device. But how to factory reset Android having boot loop issue?

Well, for this you have to enter into recovery mode and to enter into recovery mode you have to first figure out the right key combination for your Android model.

  • Once, you enter into recovery mode, follow the below mentioned steps:
  •  Select the option “Wipe data/factory reset” using Volume button and confirm it by pressing the Power button.


Wait for process to get complete. Once, completed select the option “reboot system now”.

Steps To Recover Data From Android Having Boot Loop Issue

Step 1: Install Android Data Extraction software and launch it. Now connect your screen broken Android to PC via USB cable. Select Data Extraction (Damaged Device) from the available list.


Step 2: In next window select the type of scenario which matches your phone state. There are two scenarios – touch doesn’t work or cannot access the phone and black/broken screen.
